Summary:

Coadministration has not been studied but is not recommended. Grapefruit juice is known to inhibit CYP3A4 enzymes and may increase letrozole concentrations. The clinical relevance of this interaction is unknown. Therefore, coadministration is not recommended. If coadministration is unavoidable, monitor closely for letrozole toxicity.
