- 5-fluorouracil (Fluorouracil®, Efidix®, Efudex®) is an antimetabolite and is indicated for the treatment of basal-cell carcinoma, breast cancer, colon cancer, colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, head and neck cancer, malignant skin lesions, oesophageal cancer, pancreatic cancer and rectal cancer.

- Epirubicin (Pharmorubicin®, Ellence®) is an anthracycline antibiotic and is indicated for the treatment of bladder cancer, breast cancer, colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, leukaemia, lymphoma, ovarian cancer and small cell lung cancer.
