Welcome to this new website for drug interactions with anti-cancer agents. Combining the internationally recognised drug-drug interactions expertise of the University of Liverpool (UK) with the clinical pharmacology in oncology expertise of Radboud University Nijmegen (the Netherlands), the site will provide a world-leading DDI resource which will inform clinicians, pharmacists and patients about the potential for DDIs with anti-cancer agents.
Interactions are classified according to an expanded "traffic light" system of red, amber, yellow and green with details of the nature of the interaction being available on clicking the bar or symbol.
We have launched the site with small selection of anti-cancer and comedications, but this list will expand over the coming months. Details of new additions to the site will be posted as site news and summarised in occasional emails.
